We recently hired Pongratz Development to handle the remodel on our home in Ahwatukee. It was no small project. We had an interior water geature that needed to be pulled out and it had caused a leak under the flooring that required our entryway to be rebuild and our wood flooring to be torn out and new flooring to be installed.
As any project goes we continued to move and add to the scope every step along the way as we also decided to tear up all of our 15 year old carpet, get rid of our travertine tile and remodel our master bath. Bottom line it was a large project.
Eddie was with us every step of the way and handled our constant fluctuation with patience and proactivity. He had no issue running around the valley to pick up samples, contact vendors to see if we could speed up deliveries, and managed our expectations with constant communication and updates. He has a contact for everything and manged all of the elecrical, plumbing, construction, flooring, shower rebuild and even a wall tear out to accomodate a new window.
His relationships with his vendors allowed for him to push the timeline to the best of his ability during this covid craziness. He even had to handle some surprising mold remediation from the water feature and it was professionally managed and quickly remedied. If you have a big job to be done and don’t want to handle the headaches of arranging all of the tradecrafts and timeline materials then you definitely want Eddie to take over the job.
Not one piece of the equation was too small for him to handle. He was extremely proactive and reliable. He shoed up to make sure things were being done properly and pushed vendors to get our project complete.
